What could gowrong with tractor supply. Been shopping inManassas, Fredericksburg and some places Iwas just passing through for over 20years. Always happy employees. Was kind ofbummed out the $4.99hat Ialways buy was soldout. Not toworry. Website had them and sent tomy home. What you want when you want.

Tractor Supply has managed toprovide one ofthe worst customer service experience ever. Iam not much for writing reviews orgiving feedbacks but the experience Ihave had with Tractor supply not only warrants afeedback but also tolet everyone else toknow that Ifyou care for your valuable time tospend your hard earned money somewhere else. After ordering alawn mower onJuly 13th Iwas notified bythe shipping company that order will bedelivered onWednesday the July 20th. Itook aday off from work and waited all day tofind out that driver took the item back and noone bothered tocall. Subsequently after speaking with the shipping company Iended uptaking another 2days off from work towait for the lawn mower resulting inthe same, with noproduct being delivered and making afib excuses from customer not taking delivery toitem was trapped behind another delivery. Finally Icalled the Tractor Supply today and despite T&S talking tothe shipping company and assuring that the lawn mower will bedelivered today(I was doubtful regardless) Ihave been just called bythe shipping company driver that Ineed tohave afront loader (at myresidence) inorder toget this item delivered where asitem was supposed tobe delivered using alift gate. Atthis point Iam just canceling myorder asT&S clearly doesn't care for the customer and there valuable time. Iam really disappointed inthis company after taking several days off from mywork and then hiring another company tomow the grass over the weekend, waiting for the lawn mower tobe delivered Iam still withoutit.
