In the last update , omicron decided to increase the timer to 5 minutes for special attack. Without even polling it or whatever.

I have no idea why he did this, because the 2 minute cool down for the special attack was already way too long.

Please revert it, on 07 you can use the pool without cool down at all, this would be way better for pking/pvming.

You lose too much time to just get your special attack back, or make it that u can use the pool without cool down in your house only.

If there's no cooldown on 07 then there really shouldn't be one on Alora.

Support it being reverted or having the pool in house with no cooldown.

I believe only the house pool should have no cooldown, I would support that change. The one at ;;dz and ;;home, should stay the way it is.

As a pvmer I do use the Restoration pool in my POH a lot. With this change it would be very hard / demotivating to even do some bossing outside raids. I would definitely like to see some changes coming through.

I'm with IM Moe on this one. Remove cooldown from house pool, dz and home should stay the same.

Would be nice to remove the cooldown on the house pool, would be a nice incentive to build one if you have the requirements and the supplies. It’s been better than the ;;dz and ;;home pools anyways.

I think house pool should have no cooldown. if you grind to make it should be the same as osrs.

I believe the change was due to pkers constantly restoring their spec and easily teleporting back to the wilderness. That being said, I completely agree that it's a terrible change. Like you said, in OSRS the POH restoration pool has no cooldown, and I feel like it should be the same way on Alora. I do believe the pools at edgeville and the donator zone should remain with a cooldown however.

The change was due to PKers complaining as @Paddewwa mentioned. I just pushed a hotfix to make it so that only skulled players have the 5 minute timer on the special attack, so PvM goes unaffected. We’ll see how this goes and adjust as required, if necessary.

this f*cks ppl not rushing regardless. edge pkers, pures, people bridding can do a fight in 2 minutes easily, leaving 3 minutes people have to wait between fights. lol. rushing isnt even a issue.u can easily pray melee/range while outside the bank if a rusher is present lmfao.

The issue with this is people can lose skull, just as easy [Mini games>Fight caves] then leave you lose skull. IMO this is flawed in a few ways and don't see a issue with how it was pre-update
