Connect your hearing aid with your Computer

Connecting hearing aids via Bluetooth using your computer is a simple procedure.

  • First, make sure the hearing aids have Bluetooth enabled. Next, restart the hearing aids and place them near the computer.
  • Next, go to settings, enable Bluetooth and select the hearing aids in the list of detected devices.
  • Lastly, wait for the two devices to connect.
  • Keep in mind that this procedure may change slightly depending on the hearing aid’s type, brand, and model.

Hearing Aid & MacBook (IOS)

To pair your hearing aids with your MacBook, you must:

  1. Go to your Apple menu, choose "System Preferences" and then "Bluetooth”.
  2. Turn on Bluetooth to start searching for nearby devices.
  3. Turn on pairing mode.
  4. When the name of the hearing aids appears in your MacBook’s device list, click on it to "Connect". Then, click on "Accept," and enter the code, if requested.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Hearing Aid & Windows

To pair your hearing aids with your Windows computer, you must:

  1. Click on start, click to open Settings
  2. Select Devices > Bluetooth
  3. Turn on Bluetooth and click to Add Devices (Make sure to reboot your hearing aids to turn on Bluetooth).
  4. Select your hearing aids from the list of devices
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing.

Connect your hearing aid with your Tablet

To pair your hearing aids to a Tablet via Bluetooth, you must:

  1. Make sure enable Bluetooth on the device your want to connect.;
  2. Go into your Tablet’s Settings and enable Bluetooth;
  3. Select the hearing aids in the list of detected devices;
  4. Wait for the two devices to connect.

Keep in mind that the procedure may vary depending on the device, brand, and model.

Hearing Aid & Ipad Apple

To pair your hearing aids with your iPad, you must:

  1. Open your hearing aid battery compartment
  2. On your iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth and make sure Bluetooth is on.
  3. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Aids.
  4. Close the hearing aid battery compartment
  5. When the device name is displayed under "MFi Devices" (this may take a few seconds), select it and follow the instructions to pair it.

Hearing Aid & Tablet Android

To pair your hearing aids with your Android tablet (versions 10.0 or later), you must:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Go to Connected Devices > Associate New Device;
  3. Select your hearing aids from the list of detected devices.
  4. Wait for devices to pair.

Keep in mind that the procedure may vary slightly depending on the device, brand, and model. It may be necessary to download some apps to adjust devices previously connected to a Tablet.

How to connect hearing aids to your Smartwatch?

Although at times this might not suffice, hearing aids and smartwatches are generally compatible if they are both equipped with Bluetooth. That being said, smartwatches must also support certain features. For instance, if the smartwatch has an A2DP profile, the hearing aid can be used to listen to music, and if it has an HFP profile, it can be used to make phone calls. In such cases, it is possible to adjust your hearing aid directly from your smartwatch.

Connect your hearing aid to your Apple Watch

To pair your hearing aids with your Apple Watch, you must:

  1. Open Settings > Bluetooth on your Apple Watch.
  2. Restart the hearing aids and bring them closer to the watch.
  3. Click on the name of the device to connect them to your Apple Watch;
  4. Once it appears "Connected", you can start using all the functions of the watch, such as making phone calls or listening to music with the sound coming directly into the hearing aids.

Connect hearing aid to others smartwatches' brands

To pair your hearing aids with your Android device running Android 10.0 or later, you must

  1. Open the Settings app on your device;
  2. Click on Connected Devices > Associate New Device;
  3. Select your hearing aids from the list of available devices.

If you have more than one hearing aid: wait for the first device to connect, then click on the other hearing aid in the list of available devices.
