The framing and exterior are already built and it's ready to roll!

The Interior is ready to be finished by the buyer how they would like!

* This Gives a Unique opportunity to the buyer to finish it as they would like; without having to build the entire framing.The Exterior is a Dark Forest Green Steel! Has a light grey Steel Roof!

It was built in 2020-2021.Total trailer length with tongue = 24 Ft.

Enclosed area is 20 Ft. Long and 8 Ft. Wide. * Interior ceiling height is 7 Ft. Tall plus the peak.

It's Approximately 1,120 Cubic Ft. of Interior space. It stands 10.5 Ft. Tall exterior height at the peak.

The trailer frame is Steel with 2 Dexter Axles.
The Exterior Roof and Siding is all Steel that has a 40 Year Warranty from the Manufacturer!!! It still looks New!!!
There are about 80 more 2x4 lumber pieces behind insulation running horizontally (not visible in photos).

The floor is 3/4 in. Tongue and Groove Pro flooring. Same as in most homes.

Insulated with closed cell foam Pro Insulation. Frame built of strong wood 2x4 lumber 20" on center.

Ridge board is 2x6.

Built on 2x6 wood framing bolted through to the steel frame with 5" steel bolts. Top structure bolted with 5" steel bolts to 2x6 framing.

2x6 Floor Framing reinforced with welded steel front and back. Feels Solid to walk on.

Steel hurricane ties secure top of ridge structure on every 2x4.

Steel Hurricane ties secure roof structure onto side walls on every 2x4.

A New 5 Ft. Wide Glass window was just installed on the side with the door.

4 Stainless Steel Commercial grade hinges secure Back Door. Have had 500 Lbs. on the door and it's solid.

The back door is 5 Ft. wide. The side door is 36" wide.Weighs approximately 3,500 Lbs and will be sold with a Legal Ohio Bill of Sale. *We can also apply for a Title if needed.

Tows well down the road! At only 8 Ft. Wide can easily be moved without a wide load sign or special permit. This would make a Wonderful Tiny Home on Wheels!

Hi, my name is Chris. I designed and built this myself with some help from coworkers on the build part.I hold a a Science Degree with some focus on Architectural Drafting. Graduated in 2012.

Before building this I worked as a Professional Framer building New full size homes with 2 different companies. Most of the Homes I helped build around the Cleveland area sold for about $350,000 once we had completed them. From this and from books is where I learned Framing.
I'm also a former EMT who worked in the state of Ohio. Safety is one of my biggest thoughts when working on a project.
My hobbies include hiking with my dog, taking care of our 2 children, Blacksmithing, Welding, Sailing, Mechanical work, and Agricultural work.
A lot of care was taken on the framing to ensure it's durability.This was built to be lived in as a Tiny Home. Built with a peaked roof unlike many campers and enclosed trailers out there.
Roof is Very Solid and can be walked upon.

It's in Like New Condition and Ready to Go!This would also make a Good food trailer or concession trailer. The 5 Ft. Wide sliding window was installed at a height so food can be served from it.

We like cooking a lot so if we keep it we plan on finishing it and Having Great parties serving food right out the window! Windows are across from each other. Can always install even more windows than the 2.

We have gotten some comments this looks similar to a shipping container Home. This is a wood framed but all steel exterior.
